Where do I pick up my badge?
Early badge pick up will be available at Marché Bonsecours on Tuesday, Oct 29th, from 1pm to 5am EST.
VIPs can also pick up their badges early at the Welcome Cocktail party on Oct 29th starting 6pm EST.
When is MIGS taking place this year? What are the opening hours?
MIGS will take place on Oct 30 - 31, 2024. The main show floor will be open from 9AM to 5PM.
Official MIGS24 events also include:
- VIP Welcome Cocktail Presented by Keywords Studios on Tuesday, Oct 29th starting at 6PM
- Happy Hour presented by Behaviour Interactive on Wednesday, Oct 30th starting after 4PM
- MIGS Closing Celebration Halloween Themed (Costumes optional) Thursday, Oct 31st starting at 4PM
Where will the event be held?
The event will be held at the Marché Bonsecours, located at 350 Rue Saint-Paul E, Montréal, QC H2Y 1H2
There will be signage indicating registration and badge pickup.
Is the event bilingual?
All signage and communications are offered in both French and English. The conferences will be presented in English.
What is the difference between the ticket types?
There are three ticket types available. For more information or to purchase your tickets please click here to visit our registration page.
- VIP Pass – $1,099 CAD (plus taxes and fees)
- Standard Pass – $699 CAD (plus taxes and fees)
- Indie Pass Made Possible By Xbox – $349 CAD (plus taxes and fees). Available by application only and subject to approval by La Guilde. Please use this form to apply for Indie Pass pricing.

Is there student pricing for tickets?
The 2024 edition of MIGS will be solely focused on the business of games with business to business meetings, an external development lounge, and a curated selection of panel presentations focused on the business challenges of making video games.
We recognize the importance that MIGS has traditionally played for students and will look at building student opportunities into our future editions.
Can I upgrade my ticket after purchase?
Yes, you can upgrade your ticket by paying the difference through Eventbrite.

Are media passes available?
Media passes are available for accredited press outlets, journalists, or media organizations. Please click here to apply.
Are there travel & hotel discounts for attendees? Is there a preferred/partnered hotel for the event?
MIGS has negotiated a number of travel & hotel discounts for our attendees. Please book through our partners on this page to take advantage of preferred rates.
I would like to speak at the event - how can I apply?
While our rosters of speakers for MIGS 2024 is full, we appreciate your interest in sharing your knowledge and would love for you to apply to speak at future XP Gaming events. Please click here for the link to our universal sign up form.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there are elevators located in the building to access the upper and lower levels.
What is the refund policy?
Ticket sales are final and we recommend only purchasing if you're certain you can attend. Of course, we fully recognize that sometimes life doesn't go as planned and we're happy to talk with you to see what can be done on a case by case basis.
Are there bulk ticket discounts available for groups?
Yes we have discounts available for groups purchasing tickets in bulk.
- Save 5% when buying 5+ tickets
- Save 10% on 10+ tickets
- And save 15% on 15 tickets or more.
