My talk will outline our \u201cOpen Development\u201d marketing strategy from announcement all the way to EA launch and beyond. I will detail our staged playtest access strategy that engaged the community, gained wishlists, and provided valuable development feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will also cover the other strategies we implemented that contributed to the game’s success. Such as the demo review strategy that resulted in more than 6K reviews and an overwhelmingly positive rating. As well as our Discord community strategy that grew our Discord to over 130K members in a few months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
