GES management:<\/strong> All shipping, advance receiving, and material handling are managed exclusively by GES. Find out more on the GES Expresso Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

No on-site storage:<\/strong> On-site storage of equipment is strictly prohibited at the Grand Quai (storage space is at capacity). All materials must be stored within your assigned booth footprint \u2014 no items in aisles or common areas.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Onsite handling:<\/strong> Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own personnel to handle deliveries. Venue and XP staff are on-site to direct vehicles and oversee logistics but cannot lift, move, or assemble items.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t
