Where will the event be held?

The event will be held at the Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal, located at 200 De la Commune Street West, Montreal, QC H2Y 4B2

Early badge pick up will be available at Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal on Tuesday, Nov 10, from 1pm to 5pm EST.

VIPs can also pick up their badges early at the Welcome Cocktail party on November 10.

MIGS25 takes place on November 11–12, 2025. The main show floor is open from 9AM to 5PM both days, with programming, panels, and meetings scheduled throughout.

In addition to daytime programming, MIGS25 also includes two official after-hours events:
VIP Welcome Cocktail – Monday, November 10 at 7PM
Happy Hour presented by Audiokinetic – Wednesday, November 12 after 5PM

An invite-only kickoff for VIPs, speakers, and select partners held on Monday, November 10. It’s a chance to connect with key attendees before the show opens. Details will be sent to VIP ticket holders by email.

Presentations will be in English. All signage and communication are offered in both French and English.

MIGS uses MeetToMatch to power its business lounge. You’ll be able to schedule meetings with publishers, buyers, and service providers in advance. Instructions will be sent to all Business and VIP ticket holders closer to the event.

MeetToMatch is the official business meeting platform of MIGS25—and the industry standard for scheduling 1:1 meetings at major game events. It allows Business and VIP pass holders to connect with publishers, buyers, and service providers before and during the event.

The platform typically opens 4 to 5 weeks before MIGS25. You’ll receive an email with your login instructions as soon as it’s live.
