Matt Lee is an Executive Producer with over 15 years of experience in the video game industry, specializing in the development of new IPs and live service games. He has led production at studios including Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, and Novaquark, and is currently spearheading new IP development at Gameloft Montréal. At Ubisoft, Matt helped redefine AAA production by pioneering the Live Test methodology—a framework for validating gameplay retention, scalability, and operational readiness before launch. His work focuses on building resilient teams, streamlining production pipelines, and supporting games that thrive well beyond release.
