Caroline Calaway

Caroline Calaway is the founder of Calaway Consulting and has spent 14 years in the games industry. At EA, she spent much of her nine years managing co-development across sports and mobile titles, then helped build Riot Games’ central external development operations. For the past two years, she has put that experience to work for studios around the world, from developers and publishers building out their external development programs to the service providers who partner with them.

Having been the client choosing and managing partners, Caroline knows how much is possible when external development is done well, and how often it still gets treated like back-office work. Her approach is human-first and backed by data and proven structure, with trust and clear communication at the center of every partnership.
