Claude Bordeleau

Claude Bordeleau is Chief Revenue Officer at Winking Studios, a group of more than 1,500 developers, and founder of AMPERA. An artist turned entrepreneur with 27 years of experience in games, he founded VOLTA in 2006 and built it into a leading international creative studio. Following its acquisition by Keywords Studios, he led the group’s art services businesses across the Americas and Europe as Director of Art Services, helping drive sustained growth over nearly a decade.
Today, he works with teams across the West and Asia to help developers bring their games to life. He also serves on boards of directors, advising on studio strategy and growth. His experience as an artist, founder, and executive shapes his approach: building studios with integrity, earning clients’ trust, and giving creative teams opportunities to build lasting careers.
