Karl Dandan leads product strategy and live operations for Ludia’s Live games portfolio in Montreal, overseeing Jurassic World Alive, Jurassic World: The Game, and Dragons: Rise of Berk.Most of his work happens at the portfolio level; setting the strategic pillars that decide where investment goes, building turnaround plans for titles that need them, and working through the licensing questions that come with operating major entertainment IP at scale. When he’s not juggling dinosaurs and dragons, Karl thinks about the harder question behind every live game: what does it actually take to keep a title alive, and growing, years after launch.
