Mike Coeck

Mike Coeck is the CEO and co-founder of Cybernetic Walrus, an independent game studio based in Belgium. He is best known for developing and promoting the Momentum Framework, a production methodology focused on rapid prototyping, early market validation, and efficient game development. Under his leadership, Cybernetic Walrus transitioned from a service-based business to a product-focused studio, releasing successful titles such as Order 13 and Roadside Research. Mike is a strong advocate for data-driven decision-making, community-driven development, and sustainable studio growth. He regularly shares his experiences on game production, marketing, and entrepreneurship at industry events, including Unite Barcelona. His work focuses on helping teams create commercially viable games by combining agile development practices, smart scoping, and continuous player feedback throughout the development process.
