Rhys Dekle

Rhys is a partner at Strategic Alternatives, the first acquisition focused strategy consulting and advisory firm in the video game industry. In the past few years he has sold 24bit to Annapurna, System Era to Devolver, Spry Fox and Boss Fight to Netflix among several others. He previously ran business development for Microsoft Xbox leading their global content search for platforms including Xbox 360 and Xbox One. He has been involved in numerous IP acquisitions for Xbox and the architect of the indie self-publishing platform, ID@Xbox. Previously he ran a $150M retail game business with P&L responsibilities for Hollywood Entertainment. Additionally, he was an Engagement Manager for McKinsey and an associate at Goldman Sachs. He has a BA from Yale University and a Finance MBA from Wharton.
