Nick is Commercial Manager at Reforged Studios, where he leads the company’s mergers and acquisitions activity across a growing portfolio of game IP transactions. Drawing on 12 years of experience as a games-focused attorney, he brings a rare combination of legal rigour and commercial instinct to deal-making — spanning IP acquisitions, cross-border structuring, and complex multi-party negotiations. At Reforged, he has been central to building out the studio’s acquisition pipeline, working across jurisdictions and asset classes to grow the group’s catalogue of games and development talent.
Beyond his work at Reforged, Nick is the driving force behind Africa Games Week, the continent’s premier gathering for the games industry, which he runs with a focus on creating meaningful opportunity and visibility for African developers on the global stage
