Lindsay helps studios build games players love and businesses that last. As Co-Founder and CEO of LoopLight Studios, she leads a team of game design and monetization experts partnering with studios from indie to AAA.

Her career spans software engineering and production leadership across games, enterprise technology, and kids’ branded entertainment. Today, she draws on that range to steer LoopLight’s strategy, guided by the belief that monetization works best when it grows out of great design and real player trust.

Lindsay is passionate about building authentic developer communities where trust, engagement, and monetization reinforce each other. Through Life in XP, she explores how game design principles shape experiences on-screen and off.
