Sandra Smedegaard Mondahl is Senior Manager of Global Studio Strategy at IO Interactive, where she works across the studio’s international locations to strengthen culture, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness. She helps shape the people, communication, and organizational strategies that support world-class game development across IO Interactive’s global studios.
With more than a decade of experience in people strategy, organizational development, communications, and leadership, Sandra specializes in building high-performing creative organizations and helping studios scale while preserving their unique identities. A founding member of IO Interactive Malmö, she is passionate about the intersection of people, culture, and game development.
